As young first time homebuyers, we were honestly a bit scared of the process and went in thinking that realtors were like pushy car salesmen. We couldn’t have been more wrong. Shawn made us feel so comfortable and at ease from the first day. He met us where we were at, never pushed us, and was always patient with us. Jason helped me view properties in fall of 2019 but, after not finding something I wanted, I went out of state for a year.
I contacted Jason again in August 2020 with some Properties of Interest (that quickly went contingent) and he went back to work for me. In this hot market your realtor must move quickly to get you information unavailable to those not on MLS. Jason did that and more and we quickly went under contract.
He got the Seller to address all issues and I came into town 2 days before closing. His recommended lender and closer knocked the contract out quickly and I am comfortable in my nice home a few days later.

Agent Jason Schumacher is a fellow veteran whom I completely trust who got me a sweet home in exactly the location I was looking for at a cost far lower than I expected to pay (your mileage may vary according to available inventory). Jason helped me view properties in fall of 2019 but, after not finding something I wanted, I went out of state for a year. I contacted Jason again in August 2020 with some Properties of Interest (that quickly went contingent) and he went back to work for me. In this hot market your realtor must move quickly to get you information unavailable to those not on MLS. Jason did that and more and we quickly went under contract. He got the Seller to address all issues and I came into town 2 days before closing. His recommended lender and closer knocked the contract out quickly and I am comfortable in my nice home a few days later.
